The browser enforces this: the site’s security policy only lets the page talk to the code libraries’ servers and an anonymous usage counter (tool name, file type, size range). A request carrying your file to anywhere else would be blocked before it left.
Check it yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, and run the tool. Or turn off Wi-Fi once the tool has loaded; it keeps working.
How it works
Card statements use your name with your birth date or card number. Pick your card, type the details, and it opens.
ICICI card statements use the first four letters of the name printed on your card in lowercase with your day and month of birth: anan0703. Axis card statements use four capital letters of your name, ignoring spaces and dots, with DDMM or your Customer ID. HDFC card statements are reported to use four capital letters of your name with the last four digits of the card, which change if the card is replaced. SBI Card reports disagree on capitals, and Kotak's own page mentions the date of birth while users report other formats, so every version is tried for both. Pick your card, type your details, and the statement opens without anything leaving your device.
How to use it
