Runs entirely in your browser; files are never uploaded. ## How it works For SBI PO and SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) in 2026, upload a photograph of 200 × 230 pixels and 20–50 KB on a light background, a signature of 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB in black ink and not in capitals, a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels and 20–50 KB in black or blue ink, and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 pixels and 50–100 KB, all as JPG at 200 DPI. The SBI declaration is longer than the IBPS one: it includes your date of birth and a line confirming the signature, photograph and thumb impression are yours. The exact text for PO and for Clerk is shown here to copy out by hand, in English, in black ink, not in capitals. SBI also captures a live photo during the form.
