# Convert PDF pages to images

> Turn PDF pages into JPG, PNG or WebP images: pick the pages, the resolution, and whether you want separate images or one long picture.

Open the tool: https://yourbrowsercandoit.com/pdf-to-image

Render each page as JPG, PNG, or WebP. Free, no signup. Runs entirely in your browser; files are never uploaded.

## How it works

Drop a PDF and every page appears as a thumbnail; tick the ones you want (all are selected to start). Choose JPG for small files that open anywhere, PNG for pixel-perfect text and lines, or WebP for websites. Resolution is set in DPI, with the actual pixel size shown: 72 DPI for previews and chat, 150 DPI for sharp on-screen reading, 300 DPI for print. JPG and WebP have a quality slider. With several pages selected, get one image per page, downloaded as a ZIP with files numbered by page, or one long image with the pages stacked top to bottom, which is easy to send in WhatsApp or post. Very long stacks are scaled down to stay within what browsers can save. Password-protected PDFs need Remove password first. Pages are rendered with pdf.js on your device; nothing is uploaded.

## How to use it

1. **Drop your PDF.** Every page shows as a thumbnail, all selected.
2. **Pick pages.** Click thumbnails to include or skip them.
3. **Choose format and resolution.** JPG, PNG or WebP at 72, 150 or 300 DPI.
4. **Convert and download.** One image per page in a ZIP, or one long image.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I convert just one page of a PDF to JPG?

Click None, tick the page you want, and press Convert. A single page downloads as an image, not a ZIP.

### What resolution should I pick?

150 DPI suits most uses and is readable when zoomed. 72 DPI gives small files for chat and previews; 300 DPI is for printing.

### Can I get all pages as one image?

Yes. With more than one page selected, choose One long image to stack them top to bottom in a single JPG, PNG or WebP.

### Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Pages are drawn by pdf.js in your browser, and the images are created on your device.
